Software Info

The Sync 3 OS is based on the QNX Neutrino 6.5, and it's built using several QNX6 FS images, and each image has a specific package P/N.

• 14G381 (Main Sync 3 OS)
• 14G386 / 14G387 (Utilities packages)
• 14G391 (System Voices)
• 14G421 (Maps Data)
• 14G422 (Navigation Voices)
• 14G423 (Gracenotes database)
• 14G424 (Maps License)
• 14G658 (DAB Station Logos)

All update packages (except few cases) contains a QNX6 FS .img file, which simply replace the previously available .img file. For Main Sync 3 OS package is a bit different, because the .img is copied on the Sync 3, and extracted in a specific OS.
